I asked them how in the heck do ya grease the front driveshaft u-joint. He replied that they did change that yoke for easier access. On mine it's tough to grease, but it can be done...so I told them...GREASE IT THEN while yaw got it! Huh! As far as having different grease for the front and rear driveshaft u-joints, he didn't have a clue what the service manual was talking about! _________________ SHUT UP & RIDE!... Yes it is supposed to take different grease for the front and rear. A friend of mine had his rear joints go out and when the service manager told him they would cover it under warranty he also told him to make sure he was using the correct grease in each end. I never thought about asking about warranty on mine. They went out several months ago. Mine is in the shop now because of a CV joint (I think, they were not very clear about the problem?) I hope to get it back this week, or next at the latest. Thank God I got my Rhino back this week. It broke the rack, as in rack & pinion, Yamaha replaced it under warranty, no questions asked! A friend also broke his in the same place. They covered his also.
Below is a link to find manuals for most brands that you can download.
